Warranty: Fat Baggers, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser, that the parts of our FBI 200MM Fat Tire Kit, FBI 240MM Fat Tire Kit, and FBI 280/300MM Fat Tire Weld on Kit to be free of manufacturing defects, materials, and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. In the event warranty service is required, you must call Fat Baggers, Inc. immediately with a description of the problem. If it is necessary for Fat Baggers, Inc. to make an evaluation to determine whether the parts are defective, a return authorization will be issued by Fat Baggers, Inc. The parts must be packaged properly to prevent further damaging and returned pre-paid to Fat Baggers, Inc. with a copy of the original invoice, and a letter outlining the nature of the problem. If after the evaluation by Fat Baggers, Inc. the parts are found to be defective it will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. Fat Baggers, Inc. shall have no obligation if a part becomes defective as a result of improper installation or abuse. Placing Orders: Orders must be placed Monday through Friday 8am-5pm CST. Exchanges/Missing Items: Incorrect, damaged, or missing item must be reported within 72 hours of the time the products are received. No exchange will be accepted after 30 days from the invoice date of chrome plated components. All other components will be limited to 90 days from the invoice date. Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is scanned as delivered, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you would prefer a signature confirmation, please request one at the time of order placement. NO REFUNDS will be issued by Fat Baggers, Inc. for packages scanned as delivered to the correct address. Dispute Resolution: As a condition precedent to any Fat Baggers, Inc. warranty, the party to any warranty claim waives any right to a jury trial, and agrees that for purposes of jurisdiction and venue, the transaction between Fat Baggers, Inc. and the buyer occurred in Chariton, Lucas County, Iowa, and the buyer agrees that all disputes, claims, or controversies of any kind or nature that may arise between the buyer and Fat Baggers, Inc. shall be brought in the state of federal courts of Chariton, Lucas County, Iowa with appropriate jurisdiction over the dispute. Back Orders: Back Orders will be kept open and shipped as soon as possible. Payment at Time of Order: Payment for all orders is advanced payment at time of order by credit card, wire transfer, or by C.O.D. with a certified check. Freight: All orders are shipped either prepaid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express), COD, with cashiers check, or money order. We ship via ground unless otherwise specified. Next day and 2nd day delivery are available for most products at a higher cost and these expedited charges are not included in Fat Baggers, Inc. offers. The difference in normal ground shipment and the chosen expedited freight will be added to the invoice for the order in accordance with our shipping companies program. International orders can be paid via credit card or bank wire transfers in US dollars only and all freight and freight related charges will be added to the invoice for that order. Damage occurring in transit must be reported to the carrier, preferably upon receipt and notated on the delivery ticket. It is the responsibility of the recipient to promptly inspect and report damages or shipment shortages to the shipping company and to Fat Baggers, Inc. Responsibility for damages or shortages after leaving our warehouse lies with the carrier and not Fat Baggers, Inc. If freight damage does occur it must be noted on the bill of lading at the time of receipt and a claim for the damages filed with the carrier. We generally use UPS, but may on occasion use another shipping source. The carriers’ ability to deliver on time is beyond our control.
