Exchange/core charge: Fat Baggers, Inc. reserves the right to apply an Exchange/Core Charge to items listed in the catalog or on Fat Baggers, Inc. website. Customer agrees to pay the Exchange/Core Charge in full unless otherwise stated. Customer is expected to ship, at their expense, their unmodified stock Harley-Davidson® item within a reasonable amount of time to Fat Baggers, Inc. Once received Fat Baggers, Inc. will examine the item, Fat Baggers, Inc. reserves the right to accept or deny the item depending on condition. If accepted Fat Baggers, Inc. will refund the Exchange/Core Charge in full back to the customer per the conditions agreed upon at time of order or other agreed upon terms.
