Hauls items such as sleeping bags, jackets, rain gear, etc. It's padded with a soft under-side to prevent damage to painted surfaces. Consists of two 1 1/2"-wide nylon web straps and D-rings that are sewn directly into weather resistant black leather-look vinyl, allowing various sizes of soft luggage to be securely strapped down and carried while on the road. Made to fit FL touring models with Original Equipment fiberglass saddlebags from 1993 to present. Sold in pairs.
